BOOKING

Any reservation becomes final upon receipt of confirmation accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay charged on credit card or bank transfer. This deposit may be replaced by a voucher issued by one of our distributors (travel agency, internet portal as booking.com, expedia.com, venere.com and hotels.com …). The balance will be paid upon departure (check-out) from MANZIL TURTLE, plus any extras.

PRICES

Room rates include breakfast. According to regulations, billing is done in Moroccan dirhams. The exchange rate applied will be the one on the day of payment. Management reserves the right to change rates without notice.

TAXES

A municipal tax residence and tourism promotion 3€ per person per night and is to be added to the room rate.

PAYMENT

Payments may be made in cash (Euro or Dirhams) or by MasterCard or Visa credit card. The payment of the stay and any fees relating thereto (taxes, restaurant, etc …) will be requested before departure.

CHANGING ROOM

Without the customer can not claim any compensation MANZIL TURTLE reserves the right to change the room originally reserved by the client in a room of the same category or higher category. In such a case, the cost of the book remains unchanged.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Check-in in your room or tent is possible from 14.30 and up to 21h. Check-out is at 11:00, and for any late departure, the staff must be notified at least 24 hours in advance, and according to the occupancy calendar, may or may not authorize a departure after 11:00.

ART OF LIVING

Maintaining a certain lifestyle is asked from all guests to ensure compliance of the site and the calm and serenity of the place. Balloon games on grass or swimming are not allowed, like radios, speakers or other noise source that may disturb customer. Guests also undertake to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to declare and assume all financially possible degradation which he might be liable on the property. It is recalled that all our guests drink or food from outside is strictly prohibited on our website.
Restaurant hours are from 8:30 to 10:30 for breakfast, from 12:30 to 14:30 for lunch and from 19:30 to 21:30 for dinner.
Legislation in force in Morocco: We remind couples of which at least is Muslim, Moroccan legislation that requires them to provide proof of marriage or when to book separate rooms.

For reasons of hygiene, security and tranquility with respect to our customers, our animal friends, even attached, are not allowed in the property.

By booking, the customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions available on the website www.manzil-la-tortue.com before placing his order. Therefore, taking command causes its full adherence to the terms and conditions of MANZIL TURTLE and to accept without reservation all of its provisions.

CANCELLATION

We recommend a cancellation insurance when booking. Without insurance, the following provisions shall apply (unless otherwise indicated by one of our distributors on your booking confirmation or non-refundable promotions):

• Up to 30 days before departure: Dhs 500 application fee
• Between 30 and 8 days: 50% of total stay
• Less than 8 days before departure: 100% of total stay
• No show – No Show: 100% of total stay

In case of cancellation of stay or no show (no show), the cardholder authorizes if necessary MANZIL TURTLE possibly to collect the deposit and the undrawn balance of the reservation as provided above . In case of early departure before the end of the stay, you will be liable for the total amount of your booking.
