Bursting trees and flowers, our gardens are a marvel to the eye. From the shadow of the bougainvillea driveway to the apricot, lemon and 118 olive trees, our Marrakech countryside retreat in a heaven of carefully selected greenery. Our trees also provide marvelous fruit for our homemade jams or for the delicious organic cold-pressed oil you’ll enjoy in our restaurant.

Our aromatic garden products flavor our traditionnal Moroccan teas and the mint, sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, lavender or pelargonium inspire our chef.

In our organic vegetable patch, our head gardener Ahmed grows the superb salads, radishes and fresh beans that you will find in our menu. And just round the corner, chickens and rabbits, for the happiness of the kids and perhaps a delight for the older !
